Job Summary
Manage production training assignments, reporting, and recovery plans for employees qualifying for Pay for Skills. Oversee training material development and revision, including SOPs, audio, and video, while ensuring standardized onboarding and certification for new hires. Coach staff professionally, resolve conflicts, and conduct periodic audits to address competency gaps and ensure process compliance. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to implement training actions that improve overall employee knowledge. Work independently with little supervision, utilizing MS Office and adult learning methodologies. Requires 3+ years in manufacturing operations and 1+ year in training.

Desired Qualifications
