Job Summary
Operate and supervise pizza production line across crust to boxing tasks, perform change-overs, monitor inventories and finished products, communicate code dates, report equipment issues, follow GMP and safety procedures, and rotate to multiple line positions. Must be able to lift up to 40lbs regularly and up to 70lbs occasionally, stand up to 10 hours per day, and work a Monday–Saturday rotating 10-hour shift schedule in a manufacturing environment.
