Job Summary
Receive incoming product, verify quality and quantity, and enter accurate data for purchase orders, invoices, and inventory records. Resolve discrepancies in documentation and maintain organized paperwork including bills of lading and transfer logs. Support fulfillment flow by processing daily warehouse movement records and assist with inventory counts, spoilage tracking, and product rotation. Safely operate warehouse equipment and tools to move product efficiently. Work in cold environments lifting up to 60 pounds, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, including lifting up to 60 pounds
- Ability to work in cold environments and in varying warehouse conditions
- Experience with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jack, hand truck, and similar tools
