Job Summary
Production Foreman responsible for leading and actively participating in daily production activities while directing a team on the factory floor. Oversees safety, quality, and efficiency to meet production targets, collaborates with maintenance to minimize downtime, and drives continuous improvement to optimize workflows. Serves as a hands-on leader, coaching and developing team members, and preparing for future leadership roles such as Assistant Plant Manager and Plant Manager within MKB.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in manufacturing or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment with leadership or supervisory experience
- Willingness and ability to work hands-on in production, including physical labor in varying environmental conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.)
- Strong understanding of production processes, equipment, and safety standards
- Familiarity with plant maintenance practices and continuous improvement / lean manufacturing principles
- Experience in leading and developing a team, coordinating daily production activities, and ensuring safety and quality standards
