Job Summary
Lead and train a crew of 5 to 6 people with field applications while working with the field supervisor to communicate with customers and management. Manage paperwork, time sheets, and ensure CentiMark safety policies are followed. Maintain working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety for systems including EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit., and Metal Roof Repairs. This role requires a valid state driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs., and climb ladders to 25 feet. Candidates must work weekends, holidays, out of town travel, and overtime as needed. Minimum of two years' experience in Commercial Roofing is required. Year round work is available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) or more years' experience in Commercial Roofing
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Experience with commercial roofing systems: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
- A valid state driver's license (in good standing)
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Able to work weekends and/or Holidays
- Able to travel out of town
- Able to work overtime
