Job Summary
Production Foreman to lead, coach and manage production employees and resources to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while controlling costs. Responsibilities include championing safety, enforcing standardized work and lean processes, resolving issues with Supervisors and Team Leaders, fostering cross-functional teamwork, removing barriers to progress, and driving continuous improvement through lean tools. Requires direct supervisory experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment, familiarity with ISO-9001 and Lean Manufacturing, ERP/SAP experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel. Education: HS diploma or equivalent; associate degree in related fields preferred. Minimum 5 years related experience; Lean Sigma certification and pre-employment drug screen/background check required.
Required Qualifications

- Associates Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Technology or higher preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Lean Sigma
- Experience with ISO-9001 requirements and processes
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
- ERP SAP preferred
- MS Office Word and Excel software experience
