Job Summary
Production Foreman leads a team of 15-30 union workers across the 3PM-11PM shift, coordinating with plant management to plan production sequences, monitor budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards and customer requirements. Responsibilities include hands-on work with machinery and production lines, solving disputes between workers, staffing projects daily, directing the manufacturing department, and maintaining on-/under-budget performance. Requires a high school diploma or GED, hands-on mechanical experience, and supervisory experience preferred; able to lift up to 50 pounds and manage workflow to meet deadlines in a manufacturing environment.
