Production Foreman - 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Lead and manage production resources on the 2nd shift to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of products at target costs. Drive safety training, implement lean processes and tools, enforce standardized work and process discipline, coach teams, and collaborate with Supervisors and Team Leaders to prevent or resolve issues. Champion continuous improvement through lean practices, foster cross-functional collaboration, and support equipment/tools/method changes while maintaining a high-performance team climate.
Required Qualifications
- Previous direct supervisory or similar leadership experience
- Experience in a high-mix, high-customized, low-volume manufacturing environment
- Experience with ISO-90001 requirements and processes
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- ERP Computer experience, SAP preferrred
- MS Office Word and Excel software experience
- Education/Experience: HS Diploma or equivalent experience. Associates Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing Technology or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Lean Sigma
