Job Summary
Production Floater providing flexible support across shipping, logistics, and material handling. Responsibilities include preparing finished goods for shipment, transporting materials between docks and storage, loading/unloading shipments, verifying orders and shipping documentation, supporting expedited shipments, tracking inventory through labeling and reporting shortages, and maintaining organized storage. Responsibilities also cover general manufacturing support such as packaging, basic production equipment operation, quality inspections, process improvements, and adherence to safety procedures to promote a safety-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift Certification
