Job Summary
Execute food production tasks by verifying product specifications, operating ovens and smoke generators, and managing loading, unloading, and cooling processes. Complete HACCP documentation while maintaining sanitation standards and inspecting equipment for compliance. Operate pallet jacks, perform general packing and trimming, and deliver training to new team members using standard operating procedures. Coordinate with peers and supervisors to establish routines and meet production targets. This role requires lifting up to 70 pounds and working in hot or cold environments throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and ability to read and follow instructions
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work in hot/cold environments and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in food production or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with BRC standards and manufacturing operational systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience delivering training and guiding team performance
- Ability to contribute to improvements in yield, labor efficiency, and product quality
