Production Floater for 2nd shift at Dieffenbach’s Snacks in Chambersburg, PA. Supports production across multiple departments, assists with startups/changeovers, sanitation, material handling, and documentation to help meet production, quality, and food-safety standards. Emphasizes adaptability, teamwork, cross-training across departments, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
