Job Summary
Production Field Superintendent to schedule and supervise commercial roofing crews across multiple jobsites, ensuring craftsmanship, safety, and production are met. Responsibilities include daily worksite visits to verify specifications, inspecting progress and safety, training field staff with emphasis on safety and employee development, maintaining project documentation and monitoring expenditures, coordinating inspections from manufacturers and authorities, communicating progress with the Operations team, and managing materials inventory. Requires 5+ years of commercial roofing experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; bilingual Spanish/English is highly desirable. Must have valid driver’s license and be able to work outdoors in varying weather; physically capable of lifting 25+ lbs regularly and 50+ lbs occasionally. Travel is mostly local.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, job specifications, technical procedures and/or government regulations
- Valid Driver’s license
- Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
