Job Summary
Production Fellow responsibilities span setup for video shoots in-studio and on location, keeping production equipment organized, ingesting and managing media, archiving and documenting footage, sourcing stock footage and generating AI b-roll, preparing transcripts, performing basic editing under supervision, and assisting with editing diverse content ( scripted/unscripted series, podcasts, promos, trailers, social videos, and pitch reels). Essential skills include strong organizational abilities, clear cross-department communication, adaptability, proactive issue resolution, enthusiasm for learning new filmmaking techniques, familiarity with cinematography basics, and experience with video editing software (DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere) as well as AI tools (VEO, MidJourney), cloud computing, and media workflows.
