Job Summary
Production Expeditor II role focused on coordinating and expediting released jobs through shop floor and outside service operations. Key duties include prioritizing and expediting parts to meet on-time schedule goals, liaising across Planning, OSP, Manufacturing, Quality, and Assembly to communicate scheduling delays, tracking progress on critical jobs, updating GEMBA board information, and moving materials between areas. Requires hybrid work model (onsite at designated Regal Rexnord location at least 3 days/week with up to 2 remote days), strong communication, basic Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems (NAV/Business Central, SAP, Oracle).
Required Qualifications
- Must have entry level knowledge of Manufacturing Processes, Operations, Planning and Scheduling.
- Must have ability to deal constructively with all levels and types of personnel.
- Must have good speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Must be able to communicate to investigate and resolve problems using verbal input, system input, process knowledge, and common sense.
- Must be able to read and interpret work orders and routers.
- Must be able to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Must have good organization skills.
- Must have basic Excel skills.
- Knowledge on Business Central (NAV), SAP, Oracle or other ERP system specifically on Materials master, Routing, Bill of Materials and Planning Modules.
