Job Summary
Analyze production demand, material availability, and inventory levels to establish and adjust production priorities. Independently evaluate constraints, shortages, and schedule risks to determine corrective actions and escalation priorities. Serve as the primary liaison between Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to resolve complex scheduling and material planning issues. Develop recommendations to improve production flow, inventory utilization, and operational efficiency while monitoring performance metrics to identify trends and root causes. Utilize ERP and business intelligence tools to analyze operational data and provide management recommendations regarding production schedules and inventory strategy. This role supports Hidden Level's mission to transform airspace safety through scalable drone detection technology.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production control, or materials management
- Hands-on experience executing transactions in an ERP/MRP system
- Strong understanding of manufacturing order lifecycle and inventory transactions (issue, backflush, completion, adjustments)
- High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reconciliation
- Location: This position is on-site located in our East Syracuse location

- Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance, if required for the position
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a high-mix, low-volume or regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace/defense)
- Familiarity with WIP tracking and BOM structures
- Experience supporting audits or working in controlled inventory environments
- Experience using Deltek Costpoint
- Experience using Microsoft Power BI
