Production Expeditor

Produce and expedite production flow by monitoring schedules, identifying delays and bottlenecks, coordinating with planning, quality, purchasing, and logistics to ensure on-time customer orders. Track and communicate status of work orders, ensure materials and components are available at the point of use, expediting missing items from inventory or upstream departments, and maintaining accurate records in the ERP system (IQMS). Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (5S, lean manufacturing, kaizen) and prepare reports on schedule adherence, bottlenecks, and expediting activities. Strong emphasis on cross-functional communication, prioritization, and timely updates to supervisors, planners, and customer service representatives.
