Production Executive (Operations)

Production Executive (Operations) responsible for ensuring production timelines from order to delivery across a network of suppliers. Will track pre-production to production schedules, update time & action calendars, and maintain an organized production timeline. Act as the link between factories and internal teams, manage vendor communications, and oversee samples including photoshoot samples and handovers with HQ. Collaborates with design and product development to maintain sample tracking, escalate reporting as needed, and ensure timely deliveries. Requires bilingual English and Chinese, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a affinity for detail, multitasking, and deadline-driven execution. Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in production, fast-fashion, or e-commerce are highly desirable. A passion for fashion and an interest in sustainability are a plus.
