Job Summary
Lead and monitor production execution and quality inspections at critical manufacturing stages to identify defects, document results, and implement corrective actions; drive shift coordination and work-plan execution to meet production targets; perform assembly, testing, packing, and inspection activities; collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a continuous improvement culture focused on Quality First; provide active training and retraining as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of entire production flow (assembly, testing, and packaging)
- Basic computer skills and understanding of overall manufacturing operations
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for extended periods
- Detail-oriented and team oriented
- Flexible to work overtime with little or no notice
