Job Summary
Coordinate and execute 100% quality gate inspections at critical manufacturing stages to identify defects and non-conformities, documenting results and ensuring immediate corrective actions and training are implemented. Drive shift team allocation and oversee work plan execution within production lines to meet targets, while conducting all types of production assembly work including testing, packaging, and inspection. Monitor workflow and guide the production team to drive a continuous improvement culture surrounding Quality First. This onsite role at the ELSP Senatobia, MS factory requires standing, bending, and walking for extended periods, with flexibility to work overtime with little notice.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of entire production flow (assembly, testing, and packaging)
- Basic computer skills and understanding of overall manufacturing operations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities and easily adapt to changing situations
- Detailed and team oriented
- Flexible to work overtime with little or no notice
- Required to stand, bend walk for extended periods of time throughout shift
