Manage the estimating email inbox, prioritizing inquiries to support quote preparation and ensuring all communication is documented in the ERP system. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations teams to gather data, create technical data packages, and prepare quotation frameworks including labor, setup, and materials. Track open quotes to meet timeframes and resolve cost discrepancies post-job completion to ensure accurate, competitive pricing aligned with profitability goals. Requires proficiency in ERP systems, data entry, and advanced mathematical computations, with 5 years of CNC machining experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years CNC machining experience
- related experience
