Job Summary
Production Engineering Staff responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of production within the facility; performing maintenance on machinery, facilities, and equipment; developing and improving production processes, systems, and equipment; troubleshooting malfunctions; enforcing safety standards; and organizing the production area to support efficient workflow and operation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-5 years engineering degree course
- Engineering licensed is an advantage, but not required
- Experience or knowledge in a related field is an advantage, but not required
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and quality control
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
