Job Summary
Production Engineering Manager in Kyiv leading Boeing Ukraine's manufacturing projects. Responsibilities include developing project plans, directing all project phases, serving as primary customer contact, communicating expectations to team and stakeholders, acquiring resources, coordinating operational aspects, managing risks and issues, ensuring successful delivery, tracking status relative to the business case, delivering progress reports and requirements documentation, running project meetings end-to-end, and defining success criteria. Requires at least one year in a leadership role, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, upper-intermediate English, and extensive project management experience; preferred to have 5+ years in aerospace/manufacturing and 2+ years leading teams. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
- at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
- upper-intermediate English
- existing rights to work in Ukraine
- extensive Project Management experience
- proficiency in MS Office
