Job Summary
Production Engineer to support our production operations at the Westinghouse fuel factory in Västerås, Sweden. You will create and maintain production documentation and work instructions, drive continuous improvements in safety and quality, provide technical support to the production team, monitor TAK/OEE results to identify improvement opportunities, develop and implement technical solutions to enhance production performance, and collaborate with support functions to implement production improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in production engineering or similar technical roles
- Understanding of production engineering and manufacturing processes
- Experience in production development and continuous improvement work
- Experience in creating and managing technical documentation
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Full professional proficiency in Swedish
- Good knowledge of English
- Meritorious: Experience working with SAP
- Meritorious: Knowledge of Lean production principles
- Meritorious: Previous experience from manufacturing environments
