Job Summary
Maintain and validate up-to-date procedures and blueprints that meet safety and quality requirements while preventing issues and ensuring the right quality. Contribute to improvement projects by analyzing the pilot factory production process to identify structural problems, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost-effective design phase feedback. Secure production tool availability, initiate upgrades, support maintenance actions, and solve safety issues to transfer products into volume organization. Drive the Lean transformation roadmap by maintaining, initiating, and implementing technical improvements within the FAB or LAB organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics or other relevant technical area
- 0 - 5 years of experience in a production environment
- Excellent English language level in speech and writing
- Great communicative skills
- Effective interpersonal capabilities
- ability to convince others
- Flexible, can cope with stress
- Strong analytical mind
- Knowledge and experience with SAP and MS office
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- regular business hours work schedule, no shifts
