Job Summary
Manage the production process as Process Owner by selecting raw material suppliers, evaluating quality against plans, and ensuring machine compliance with maintenance schedules. Contribute to production planning for daily, monthly, and annual goals while overseeing human resources, machine allocation, and material storage. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality through trial productions aligned with R&D plans. Supervise internal teams and external contractors to enforce safety rules and 5S orderliness. Lead team training on production processes. Requires a Master's in Engineering, 2-5 years of industrial production experience, and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering
- A minimum of 2-5 years' hands-on experience in industrial production environment
- Full professional proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Second foreign language
- Knowledge of SAP
- Familiar with TQM philosophy
- Familiar with Six-Sigma philosophy
