Production Engineer

Job Summary
Production Engineer to develop, specify, procure, implement, optimize production equipment and industrialization projects; drive continuous improvement of production processes with KPIs such as OEE, efficiency, yields, and downtime; create and maintain technical documentation (PFMEA, control plans, work instructions, ERP updates); provide hands-on support to production teams; support new product and process introduction including prototype builds, change management, audits, layout development, and investment activities; collaborate with QA, design, and industrialization across cross-functional teams; required education in engineering, and fluency in Estonian and English; hands-on manufacturing experience and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Mechanical, Electronics, or a related Engineering field
- Fluency in Estonian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical/electronic systems
- Willingness and motivation to work hands-on with production equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
