Production Engineer

Job Summary
Production Engineer to support manufacturing operations through process optimization, engineering design updates, and cross-functional collaboration. Lead engineering drawings updates, manage Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs), provide technical support to sourcing/procurement (supplier evaluations, technical clarifications, and specification reviews), participate in design activities for minor product/process improvements, and collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance to resolve technical issues. Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations, assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for production and quality issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment
- Experience with engineering drawings (CAD) and document control systems
- Knowledge of Engineering Change Management (ECN/ECR processes)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and sourcing/procurement support
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
