Job Summary
Production Engineer responsible for developing production drawings, CAD-based 3D models, manufacturing sequence drawings, and work instructions to support productivity and quality. Role requires tolerance studies, collaboration with manufacturing and shop-floor teams, guidance to technicians, monitoring productivity and quality, and documentation in accordance with safety, environmental, and ITAR regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
- Experience with CAD software required
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing engineering or machine shop experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T
- Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
