Production Engineer/Programmer

Develop and maintain CNC, laser, plasma, robotic welding, and fabrication programs using CAD/CAM software and manufacturing systems. Review engineering drawings to ensure programming accuracy, troubleshoot tooling and machine performance issues, and provide technical support for production personnel. Analyze workflows to improve efficiency, throughput, and repeatability while reducing setup times, scrap, and rework. Collaborate with engineering teams on manufacturing documentation, ERP data entry, and lean manufacturing initiatives. Ensure all processes comply with quality standards and OSHA safety regulations. Requires standing or walking up to 8 hours daily and using a computer for the same duration.
