Job Summary
Production Engineer role focused on drilling design and supervision, completion design and wellsite supervision of perforating, hydraulic fracturing, acidizing, and related operations; production monitoring and strategies to maximize extraction efficiency including artificial lift, surface equipment design, and field optimization; coordination of pipeline connections to midstream providers; development of procedures, AFEs, and project budgets; data analysis to drive efficiency, stay current with industry advancements, and collaboration with geologists, landmen, drilling crews, and environmental scientists; maintain detailed operation records and prepare technical reports for management and regulatory agencies.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years of Oil & Gas Engineering experience
- Oil and gas experience required
