Job Summary
Training-focused Production Engineer role with a 3- to 5-year program designed to develop well‐rounded engineers. Responsibilities include design and supervision of drilling, completion, and production processes; selection of techniques, equipment, and materials; troubleshooting across disciplines; data analysis to drive efficiency gains; writing procedures and AFEs; managing project budgets and expenses; coordinating with geologists, landmen, drilling crews, and environmental scientists; maintaining detailed operation records and preparing technical reports for management and regulatory agencies; and staying current on industry advancements to improve extraction rates and reduce environmental impact.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering
- 2-5 years of Oil and Gas Engineering experience
- Oil and gas experience required.
