Job Summary

Conduct reviews and optimization of existing producing wells to maximize asset value and cash flow. Monitor early flowback and production of newly completed wells, leading troubleshooting of problem wells and designing workover programs as necessary. Optimize artificial lift systems including gas lift, plunger lift, rod pump, and ESP, while evaluating new technologies for implementation. Interface with field operations to provide ongoing engineering support and review technical recommendations for management. Prepare monthly LOE accruals and forecasts, support supply chain procurement activities, and update best practices to apply continuous process improvement concepts.   • Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Desired Qualifications

  • Field-based operations experience in Production or Completions
  • 5+ years' experience working as a Production or Completions Engineer in Unconventional reservoirs
  • Understanding of Compression, Gas Lift, Rod Pump, and Plunger Lift artificial lift systems
  • Understanding of typical upstream facility operations and process flow
