Job Summary
Production Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency, quality, safety, and cost. Contributes to Operational Excellence initiatives through data analysis, problem-solving, process optimization, and the implementation of continuous improvement projects across the production environment. The role works on shopfloor data, layouts, Visual Management, and 5S practices, and participates in Shopfloor Performance Dialogue Meetings to collect and analyze production loss data, identify root causes, and maintain the PDM database. Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards and maintains relevant production documentation. Collaborates with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Operational Excellence teams in a manufacturing environment to enhance overall performance and deliver secure identity solutions.
