Production Engineer (m/f/d) on the Munich production floor, responsible for industrializing and stabilizing semi-automated LiDAR sensor production, driving automation improvements, ensuring quality and yield, guiding production operators, and coordinating with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain in a cleanroom environment. Key tasks include developing automation (Python-based tooling), monitoring process quality and yield, providing operator guidance, material planning, documenting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement design-for-manufacturing improvements. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical/mechatronics/software or related field, ~2 years of production/hardware engineering experience, solid Python skills, basic automation understanding, and fluency in German and working English.
