Job Summary
Production Engineer responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs; ensure product quality through QC procedures; diagnose and troubleshoot production issues; maintain detailed process documentation including SOPs and KPI reporting; develop and enforce safety guidelines to comply with health and safety regulations; seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 3 years in manufacturing, with preference for experience in technical textiles, coating or plastisol chemistry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years as a production or process engineer in manufacturing enterprises
- Experience in the technical textile industry, coating or plastisol chemistry preferred
