Job Summary
Production Engineer, IaaS at Fluidstack responsible for owning and operating the observability platform across a hyperscale fleet, building data pipelines and a healthcheck framework to make fleet status visible from site to device; designing and maintaining the API surface for infrastructure tooling; building the production control plane with unified machine management and distributed command execution (Kubernetes-based); owning fleet state as source of truth (SLOs, site lifecycle) and integrating with customer-facing platforms; deploying new hardware (ZTP, DHCP, DNS) and ensuring clean handoff of new XPU generations into production.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time employment
- Role requires Production Engineering skills for IaaS infrastructure
- Experience with observability platforms and data pipelines
- API design for infrastructure tooling
- Kubernetes-based infrastructure
- Go and Python proficiency
- Postgres knowledge
- Prometheus/Thanos/VictoriaMetrics experience
- SLOs and site lifecycle management
- Hardware provisioning and deployment (XPU/hardware telemetry)
