Job Summary
Oversee daily production operations for Dry Type and Cast Resin Transformers within a manufacturing plant, focusing on troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Direct production teams to achieve targets while interpreting manufacturing drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Coordinate cross-functionally with Design, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance departments to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with ISO, IMS, and OH&S Management Systems. Requires a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of seven years in transformer manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Transformer Manufacturing Plant
- Hands-on experience in Dry Type / Cast Resin Transformer production
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings, specifications, and work instructions
- Experience in troubleshooting production issues, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
- Knowledge of production planning, process improvement, quality control, and productivity enhancement
- Ability to coordinate with Design, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance departments
- Experience in supervising production teams and achieving production targets
- Good communication and computer skills
