Job Summary
Henrybuilt is seeking an experienced Edgebander Operator to manage edge banders and produce high-quality cabinetry. Ideal candidates should have strong mechanical aptitude, communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. This full-time position offers a competitive salary based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- A high mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read plans and shop drawings
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong goal orientation and drive to produce exceptional quality and be accountable for results
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Ability to lift 50lb repeatedly and be mobile all day
- Comfortable operating hand-held power tools: routers, table saw, chop saw
- Strong desire for long term career success in this business
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years direct edgebander experience
- Substantial experience working on complex, high quality projects
- Excellent decision-making, planning, judgment and reporting skills
