Job Summary
Lead campus production by executing the church's vision, overseeing volunteer training and systems, and creating creative elements for events ranging from baptisms to youth gatherings. Manage technical equipment maintenance, coordinate weekly run-throughs, and implement standard operating systems for cultural expectations and financial viability. Assist in planning and executing all campus-specific and non-weekend special events while maintaining a distraction-free environment. This Sunday-Thursday role requires strong technical proficiency in AV gear, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to pivot strategies quickly to meet weekend needs. The position sits within a fast-paced ministry setting where adaptability and high-level networking are essential for success.
Required Qualifications
- Active participation in a church
- Passion for Production excellence and setting a distraction-free environment
- Strong technical background, including proficiency in using and troubleshooting AVL gear
- High-level networking/relational strengths
- Ability to make sound, critical decisions under pressure
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
- Great attention to detail and time-management skills
