Job Summary
Production Director responsible for overseeing technical aspects of church programs (services and events) including video, camera/live streaming, lighting, and occasional audio for Sunday services and events. Leads volunteers and staff, plans and tests production setups, manages budget for technical department, and ensures production elements align with worship goals. Leads weekend production and pre/post-service preparation, develops systems and workflows, and builds a volunteer pipeline across production teams. Requires strong knowledge of audio, video, live streaming, lighting technology, experience with gear (Blackmagic-style switchers, DLive C3500, Hog 4), and ability to collaborate with worship and pastoral staff to deliver high-quality technical support.
Required Qualifications
- A strong understanding of audio, video, live streaming and lighting technology
- Ability to operate and function the following equipment
- Camera Switcher – Black magic switcher, constellation switcher
- FOH Audio Board – DLive c3500
- Lighting Board – Hog 4
- Experience in a church or similar environment is preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
