Job Summary
Oversee recruitment, training, and scheduling for the Production Team while raising leaders across audio, video, lighting, broadcast, and stage management. Lead planning and execution of all worship experiences, including weekend programming for Freedom Students and Kids, ensuring audio, video, lighting, and live broadcasts align with established timelines. Manage the department budget, maintain AVL systems and seasonal stage designs, and produce special events like Wave Week and the Legacy Dinner. Serve as the primary contact for third-party vendors and schedule production personnel for external events such as funerals and meetings.
