Job Summary
Lead end-to-end AI and digital transformation initiatives in production, deploying AI solutions such as machine vision inspection and AI process control to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency. Drive ongoing upgrades and upgrades of existing AI application systems and technical solutions to strengthen on-site digital capability, coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure smooth landing and stable operation of AI and digital projects, identify production pain points and opportunities, and collaborate with teams to align digital targets and deliver smart manufacturing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Digitalization or related fields is preferred
- Solid experience in project management, familiar with production digitalization and industrial AI application scenarios
- Strong team collaboration awareness, good interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills
- Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented, with strong initiative and positive working attitude
- Good problem-solving ability, able to independently advance projects and drive on-site implementation
- Workable English
