Job Summary
Enhance existing instructional curricula for instructor-led courses and online programs by writing effective copy, audio scripts, and video scripts. Brainstorm creative instructional design strategies and lead project meetings to manage plans within budget and timelines. Develop materials based on subject matter expert input, recommend changes to existing courses for increased adoption, and conduct training-the-trainer classes for Production leaders. Continuously analyze courses to ensure they meet brand standards and elicit behavior changes while researching emerging instructional technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Instructional Design, Construction Management, or Communications
- 7+ years in instructional design and/or curriculum development for synchronous and asynchronous curricula
- 5+ years of previous training facilitation experience
- Ability to travel 40% of the time
Desired Qualifications
- graduate degrees (preferably in relevant fields such as Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Engineering, etc.)
- Experience or internships within residential real estate/homebuilding
