Production Development Engineer

Optimize production assembly methods, processes, and equipment to minimize labor hours while ensuring appropriate production methods, cycle times, and equipment performance support production targets. Define working phase sequences for new production processes to achieve targeted product costs and equipment investment budgets. Oversee and improve manufacturing processes through continuous improvement initiatives, support operations with engineering expertise and new technology implementation, and monitor performance via analytical reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive workforce development, maintain operational documentation, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This onsite role contributes to the Electrification Smart Power Business Area.
