Job Summary
Production Designer responsible for designing and producing print and digital assets with a focus on brand consistency and production readiness. Manages print vendor relationships, quotes, and oversees projects from concept through final production. Produces signage, in-store displays, packaging, event materials, and other collateral while supporting digital design initiatives to maintain brand cohesion. Works with cross-functional teams to ensure typography, color, layout, and overall execution meet brand standards. Hybrid role with 3 days onsite in White River Junction, VT, within 120 miles of the office; requires coordinating with vendors, proofs, and timelines, and maintaining organized file management and production workflows. BA/BFA in relevant field preferred; 3+ years design experience in print production; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Asana; strong project-management and vendor coordination skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional design experience in print production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience managing projects from start to finish with external vendors and printers
- Solid understanding of four-color and spot color pre-press and printing standards
- Strong understanding of digital design best practices and user experience
- BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
