Production Designer - Epub, K12

Production Designer for Epub, K12 at Curriculum Associates in Bangalore. The designer will support remediation of print and digital products for the Accessible eReader, review vendor-generated content, update source files, and collaborate with internal design and content teams to ensure accessibility and consistency. Responsibilities include expanding on prototypes and page layouts, preparing files for production handoffs, attending project meetings, documenting actions, and communicating with supervisors and cross-functional teams. Key duties cover print/digital design, eBook remediation, art development, and production readiness, with a focus on accessibility (WCAG) and standards; mentorship and leveraging tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and related project-management platforms. A portfolio and 3-5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, with experience in education publishing (GK-12) preferred.
