Production Dept Manager

Manage a team of production staffs to run and meet periodical/year output while prescribing spending to ship good quality & scheduled products on time under a risk-free environment. Set up machine capacity and arrange suitable resources for full utilization, coordinate support groups, and review reports to upgrade staff skills and functions. Improve operation efficiency, cycle time, and reduce machine downtime rates while maintaining high standards of safety, health, discipline, morale, and housekeeping. Collaborate with other Vishay Siliconix teams to ensure quick responses to customer returns and lead Failure Analysis for effective complaint resolution.
