Job Summary
Production Cutter prepares specialty meat cuts, selects products from pick tickets, cuts to customer specifications, transports finished product to the packaging line, weighs to meet specifications, replenishes stock, and maintains a clean, orderly work area. Must handle products safely, report damages, follow all company policies, and comply with HACCP, OSHA and GMP guidelines. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an in-person environment in Chicago, IL.
