Job Summary
Carry out the daily production plan by installing rebar, pouring concrete, and finishing panels while maintaining the production bed and housekeeping standards. Complete daily preventive maintenance tasks, manage tools and machinery, and assist the Foreman in identifying variances to the plan. Produce high-quality precast concrete panels that meet engineering specifications, ensuring zero quality variance by reporting hazards immediately and supporting root cause analysis for errors. Adhere to all safety rules, participate in training, and maintain 5S compliance throughout the shift. Work outdoors year-round under all weather conditions, lifting up to 75 lbs and standing for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Applicants must be able to walk and stand on feet for extended period of time
- Applicants must be able to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs
- Applicants must be able to crawl on hands and knees
- Applicants must be able to climb a ladder
- Applicants must be able to work long hours
- This position works outdoors year-round and therefore subject to all weather conditions sometimes to include extreme cold and heat
