Job Summary
Process manufacturing orders and bills of material accurately while tracking inventory and accounting for scrap. Safely use small tools such as cordless drills, soldering irons, and drill presses to assemble products according to precise instructions. Maintain a clean workspace and demonstrate strong organizational skills while working in both team and individual capacities. Perform repetitive tasks involving prolonged periods of sitting or standing and be prepared to lift 75-100 lbs. Work Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm.
Required Qualifications
- Good communication, organizational, time management, and basic math skills
- Dependable and reliable
- Detail-oriented and consistent
- Ability to read, write, and speak basic English
- Knowledge of, or willingness to learn, the principles of manufacturing
- An eagerness to work, learn, and improve your skills and the company's processes
- Willingness to cross-train and grow with the company
- Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products as directed
- Must have excellent hand-eye coordination
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift 75-100 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years related experience preferred
- Previous 12-volt experience a plus
